Your submission should be as detailed and accurate and is subject to approval by Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort Management.

If Yes - Have road closures been approved by all relevant authorities?
Does your event require any additional closures within the resort? (i.e. Mountain Bike Trails)
Does your event require access to any Resort Management Buildings or facilities? (i.e. Village Square Plaza, Village Stage, Mt Buller Cinema (Green Season Only) or Alpine Central Building)
Will there be First Aid Services present at the event?
