The RMB has successfully advocated for an NBN emergency connection service under the Strengthening Telecommunications Against Natural Disasters (STAND) program, which aims to provide resilient public phone and internet connectivity during natural disasters.
Satellite and NBN has been installed at Alpine Central with no cost to the Mt Buller community.
